Refund & Exchange Policy

At MJ Board Games & Beyond, we take pride in the quality of every order we send out. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns We do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@mjboardgames.com or via WhatsApp at 76 516 318. Please include a photo of the damage so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges We accept exchanges on sealed, unopened products only. If you'd like to exchange a game, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition — sealed, unplayed, and in original packaging. Exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer.

• Opened, used or personalized products
• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
